Upon Placing an order you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 days. Goods are sent either by Royal Mail (1st Class Recorded/Special Delivery) or by a courier. For your protection, we may require a signature on delivery.
Please note that due to security reasons we cannot deliver products to any other addresses only the address where the Credit / Debit card is registered.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

Standard Delivery for light weight items is £3.99
Standard Delivery for medium weight items is £5.99
Standard Delivery for heavy weight or high value items is £9.99
* If your order contains a mix of heavy, medium or light items you will be charged for HEAVY ITEM SHIPPING.
*Please be aware shipping charges may vary if items do not fit into heavy, medium or light weight item category.
Pre Ordered Goods: Payment is taken at the time of ordering and not postponed until dispatch. We cannot make exceptions to this. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Remember to check availabilities carefully if you order more than one item, as orders will be consolidated for despatch.
